1. Data controller

2. Data we process

The first and last name, company name, email address, message and any files you attach through the contact form. When you visit the site, the hosting provider's server logs may record technical data such as your IP address and browser. The site uses no cookies or visitor tracking.

3. Purposes

• Answering your requests and questions,
• preparing product recommendations and quotations,
• providing technical support,
• keeping the site secure and running.

4. Legal basis and collection

Your data is collected electronically through the contact form and processed under Article 5/2(c) of the KVKK (directly related to establishing or performing a contract) and Article 5/2(f) (our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms).

5. Transfers

The site and contact form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. in the United States; form submissions are stored there and forwarded to us by email. This transfer relies on the explicit consent you give when submitting the form (KVKK Article 9). Otherwise your data is shared only with authorities where the law requires it, and with the manufacturers we represent only when needed to answer your request and with your knowledge.

6. Retention

We keep your data until your request is concluded and for the periods required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, request that these actions be notified to those third parties, object to an outcome against you arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
